Day 1 Madrid-Salamanca-Vigo (630 kms)        (-/-/D)

Departure from our bus terminal at 8:00 a.m. to Salamanca. Free at leisure to walk through this monumental city and its famous Plaza Mayor. Continue to Vigo. Dinner and accommodations.

Day 2 Vigo-Viana Do Castelo-Braga-Porto (220 kms)      (B/-/-)

Breakfast. Crossing the Portuguese border, we arrive to Viana do Castelo, city located between the mouth of the river Miño and Porto. Free time to visit the old town with cobbled streets and emblazoned buildings. We continue to Braga known as the city of the archbishops and the third most populated city in Portugal. Free time. Departure for Porto. Accommodations.

Breakfast. Porto is considered as World Heritage city. Panoramic tour to admire the Cathedral, the Stock Exchange building, St. Clara church,we will finalize at a local wine cellar to enjoy a tasting of the famous “Port wine”. Accommodation.

Breakfast. Departure to Coimbra, site of one of the oldest universities in Europe and birthplace of the Fado, the music of Portugal. Time at leisure. Dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast. Morning city sightseeing tour, including María Luisa ParkPlaza de España, the exterior of the city’s stunning Cathedral and Giralda bell tower, and the typical neighbourhood of Santa Cruz with its streets, squares and narrow alleys. If you wish, you can optionally navigate the Guadalquivir River, during which you will enjoy a panoramic view of the Gold Tower and Expo 92, or visit to the Maestranza bullring. Day 10 Costa Del Sol-Tangier (Ferry) (230 km)       (B/-/D)

Breakfast. Departure from the Costa del Sol to embark for Tangier crossing the Strait of Gibraltar. Arrival in Morocco and guided panoramic tour to know the surroundings of Tangier, Grottos de Hercules and Cape Spartel. Free time. Possibility of an extra excursion to Tetuan. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 11 Tangier-Volubilis- Meknés-Fez (350 km)              (B/-/D)

Breakfast and departure, through the Middle Atlas, towards Fez. First stop in Volubilis to visit its Roman ruins, the main road Decumanus Máximo, which begins at the gate of Tangier and ends at the Arc de Triomphe of Caracalla of 217 AD. It is paved and surrounded by spacious and decorated houses. Continuation to Meknés, one of the Imperial cities that became the capital of Morocco under the reign of Moulay Ismail. We will visit its medina, its El-Hedim square and its famous Bab Al Mansour gate, probably the most beautiful in Morocco. In the afternoon arrival in Fez. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 12 Fez            (B/L/-)

Breakfast and visit of the first of the imperial cities, the intellectual and religious capital of Morocco. We will start with a panoramic tour from the hotel to visit the royal palace and its 7 gates or Dar Al-Makhzen on the way to the fascinating world of the medina of Fez El Bali, the oldest and most extensive in Morocco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with 785 mosques and more than 2,000 squares, streets and alleys that represent a labyrinthine return in time. From Bab Boujloud to Es-Seffarine square we will make a journey through the centuries starting in the 9th to the 19th century, along the walk we will know how these alleys are structured, the different constructions that make up the walls of the medina, in addition from its artisan guilds and neighbourhoods such as leather tanners or seamstresses to see their old ways of working. We will know a Medersa (educational institution) and we will finish to the sound of the hammer of the potters working the copper as they did hundreds of years ago. Lunch in a typical restaurant and free afternoon. We recommend taking an optional excursion to explore the medina and see the handicraft and carpet tour for those interested in learning about their art or buying. Accommodation.

Day 13 Fez-Casablanca-Marrakech (545 km)               (B/L/D)

Breakfast and departure to Casablanca, the economic capital of the country, to have a free lunch along its famous Corniche and enjoy some time to visit the Great Hassan II Mosque, which was built by more than 3,000 artisans. Arrival in Marrakech in the afternoon. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 14 Marrakech           (B/L/-)

After breakfast visit of Marrakech, another of the important imperial cities. The visit starts from the Koutouia Mosque, formerly used as a bookstore, it is the symbol of the city. We will continue to the sumptuous Bahia Palace, built in the 19th century by hundreds of artisans from Fez. Continue from the Jewish quarter or Mellah through the kissaría square to the Djmaa El Fna square, a living museum and intangible cultural heritage of Humanity, where storytellers, snake charmers, jugglers, dancers and more, constitute an authentic court of miracles. We continue through the souk and its alleys full of businesses, workshops and terraces to meet the guilds of carpenters, sharpeners and a Berber pharmacy of remedies and natural products mostly from argan and derivatives. Back in the square, free time before lunch in a typical restaurant. In the afternoon we recommend doing extra activities to complete the experience in this unique city. Accommodation.

Day 15 Marrakech-Rabat (320 km)            (B/-/D)

After breakfast we will leave for the administrative capital of the country, Rabat, another of the imperial cities and official residence of the royal family. Upon arrival we will visit its key points such as the Le Tour Hassan, an unfinished mosque that rises dominating the esplanade with more than 200 columns and the Mausoleum of Mohamed V, built in memory of the sultan who achieved the independence of the country and in which the royal guard, in colourful gala dress, they guard the entrance to the monument on horseback. Free afternoon to stroll through the medinaKasbah of the Oudayas and its promenade on the banks of the Buregreg River. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 16 Rabat-Tangier-Costa Del Sol (ferry) (480 km)             (B/-/D)

After breakfast departure to Tangier to embark back to Spain. Upon arrival, assistance from our staff and transfers to the Costa del Sol. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 17 Costa Del Sol-Granada (180 kms)             (B/-/D)

Breakfast. Departure to Granada. Visit to the spectacular group of monuments of the Alhambra and Generalife, former residence of the Moorish kings, with its magnificent fountains, gardens and arches. Dinner and accommodations. Optional visit to the caves of Sacromonte and attend a typical show of gipsy flamenco.

Day 18 Granada-Toledo-Madrid (446 kms)             (B/L/-)

Breakfast and departure towards the Imperial City of Toledo, full of history and monuments. Lunch and city sightseeing throughout its narrow streets and alleys. Continuation back to Madrid. Arrival and end of our services.
